Rooftop Solar

A roof photovoltaic or pv power station, or roof PV system, is a photovoltaic system that has its electricity-generating personal solar power panels installed on the roof of a personal or professional building or structure. The various components of such a program include photovoltaic or pv modules, mounting techniques, cables, solar power inverters and other electrical accessories.

Rooftop installed systems are less space-consuming than ground-mounted photovoltaic or pv power stations with capacities in the megawatt range. Rooftop PV techniques on personal structures typically feature a capacity of about 5 to 20 power (kW), while those installed on professional structures often reach 100 kilowatts or more.
